We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Warehouse MIS Executive

to join our team. The role involves managing and maintaining data related to warehouse operations, preparing reports, analyzing performance, and supporting management with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports. Track inward and outward stock movement with accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and highlight discrepancies. Prepare performance dashboards (manpower utilization, productivity, dispatch, returns). Support warehouse operations with data-driven insights. Coordinate with operations and accounts team for reconciliation of stock and records. Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics or related field. 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Data management, preferably in warehouse/logistics. Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Advance Excel). Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
