JOB ROLE :

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager to lead our Management Information System (MIS) team in a BPO setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage MIS team and ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to understand business requirements
- Implement process improvements and automate reporting where possible
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide insights-driven recommendations

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Analytics in a BPO setting
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with BPO metrics (e.g., FTE, productivity, quality)
- Team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with workforce management (WFM) and quality monitoring tools
- Knowledge of BPO industry trends and best practices
- Certification in MIS / Analytics (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
