Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to

support data management, reporting, and analytics for our retail operations. A candidate with prior experience in

the retail industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for retail operations. Perform data validation, consolidation, and analysis to support management decision-making. Generate dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries using advanced Excel functions. Coordinate with store teams and regional managers to collect accurate and timely data. Identify reporting inconsistencies and troubleshoot data-related issues. Assist in forecasting, sales trend analysis, and productivity reports. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data at all times. Support the operations team with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies

Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query). Strong analytical and numerical ability. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce/Statistics/Business Administration or relevant field. 2-4 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or operations support. Retail industry experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems, POS data, or retail MIS reporting formats is a plus.
