MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities



Training & LMS Management-



Manage and administer the LMS platform, including assigning training modules to DSEs (Dealer Sales Executives)Create and maintain training reports segmented by levels: Beginner, Premium, Super-PremiumMonitor training completion and generate performance reportsConduct post-training evaluations including effectiveness analysis and premium adequacy reportsPrepare engaging presentations to communicate training outcomes and insights



Reporting & Analysis-



Develop and automate training dashboards and performance metricsPull and analyze LMS data to identify trends and improvement areasCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business goals

NPS( Net Promoter Score)- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, measured through NPS metrics.SAP & IMS- Processing Invoices.
