Step-by-Step Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Daily Tasks
Update and maintain daily MIS reports (Sales, Attendance, Productivity)
Sync and cross-check Zoho Books entries (Invoices, Expenses, Payments)
Track and report daily cash flow and fund status
Monitor inventory movement data and notify anomalies
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Excel AI) to auto-generate summaries for leadership
2. Weekly Tasks
Create weekly performance dashboards for departments
Automate reports through Google Sheets or Power BI
Coordinate with department heads for data accuracy and consistency
Send weekly reminders/alerts for data gaps, missing entries, or delays
3. Monthly Tasks
Compile Monthly MIS Reports (Finance, HR, Sales, Purchase, Production)
Generate and reconcile monthly Zoho Books reports with MIS
Prepare dashboards with trend analysis and AI-powered forecasts
Present monthly metrics in review meetings
Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and propose improvements
4. System Support
Act as the system SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for troubleshooting ERP/CRM/Zoho tools
Support onboarding of any new MIS-related tools and train internal teams
Conduct periodic audits to ensure data hygiene and system sync
5. Documentation & Process
Maintain SOPs for all MIS processes
Document automation scripts/macros/AI prompt workflows used
Create back-up protocols for all critical reports
