Job Summary:

VTT Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our fleet and transport operations with accurate data insights and efficient reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking performance metrics, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting vendor and cost management through smart data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to fleet operations, driver performance, and trip data. Support live operations by maintaining dashboards that track real-time fleet movement and compliance metrics. Maintain historical data and logs for audit readiness, vendor reconciliation, and compliance checks. Track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), vendor-wise performance, and generate penalty reports to support effective vendor management. Analyze fuel consumption, trip efficiency, and vehicle utilization to support cost optimization initiatives. Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver custom reports. Identify trends and KPIs to support business decisions. Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in transport, logistics, or fleet management. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Familiarity with MoveInSync, Routematic, or other transport management tools is a strong plus. Working knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Basic knowledge of APIs and system integration tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
