Job Title: MIS Executive - Jewellery Industry

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to sales,inventory, production, and operations within the jewellery industry. The role involves creating andmaintaining reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to management for effectivedecision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, maintain, and analyze data related to sales, stock, orders, customer records, and production.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance, stock movements, andproduction output.

Monitor inventory levels (gold, diamonds, gemstones, finished jewellery) and highlight discrepancies.

Support management with analytical insights for forecasting, demand planning, and businessstrategies.

Coordinate with sales, production, accounts, and warehouse teams for data accuracy and timelyupdates.

Develop and automate Excel/ERP-based reports and dashboards for efficient tracking.

Ensure accuracy in billing, order processing, and vendor/customer data management.

Maintain confidentiality of data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in implementation of ERP systems / software for jewellery operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, IT, or related field.

2-4 years of MIS experience (preferably in jewellery, retail, or manufacturing industry).

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and MIS reporting.

Knowledge of jewellery ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Ginesys, or custom jewellery software)preferred.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
