Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports

- sales, stock, schemes, and performance. Track

branch/counter-wise sales, conversions, and scheme collections

. Maintain

inventory records, stock ageing, damaged/returned items

. Update

daily gold rates

and monitor price variance. Generate

P&L-related reports

, employee attendance, and incentive data. Create

dashboards

showing branch performance and highlight deviations. Coordinate with

Branch Managers, Accounts, and HR

for data accuracy.

Skills Required:

Advanced Excel

(Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF, Dashboard creation; Macros preferred). Experience with

Jewellery ERP / Billing systems

(Jilaba, Logic, Retail Pro, Tally). Strong analytical and coordination skills. Basic

finance/accounting knowledge

Sales & Counter-wise Report Stock Position & Ageing Report Scheme Collection vs Redemption Gold Rate & Price Variance Attendance & Incentive Report Profitability Report
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
