Position Overview:



We are seeking a

detail-oriented and customer-focused MIS Executive

to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should have a

strong background in insurance operations

, a solid understanding of company policies and procedures, and the ability to assist customers with

policy-related inquiries

.
You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving

technical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic issues

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Policy Assistance



Assist customers in understanding and adding insurance policies. Provide accurate guidance and clarification on policy-related queries.

Technical Error Handling



Analyze system or process-related errors and escalate them to the relevant department for resolution.

Pharmaceutical Error Resolution



Address medication-related inquiries and provide guidance on doubts or issues.

Diagnosis Error Management



Manage

location discrepancies

and

doctor availability

issues. Process

reimbursement requests

promptly and accurately.

Dashboard & Reporting



Create and maintain

weekly dashboards

for data analysis and reporting.

Microsoft Outlook & Excel



Use

Microsoft Outlook

for professional communication. Maintain and analyze data using

advanced Excel functions

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Customer Query Handling



Handle customer queries via

calls, emails, and in-person interactions

. Ensure

timely, polite, and accurate responses

to all customer concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of

company policies and procedures

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(especially Outlook & Excel). Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking

abilities. Outstanding

communication skills

(verbal & written).

Customer-centric approach

with high attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:



Adaptable to evolving processes and open to learning new tools.

Proactive and self-motivated
