We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MIS professional who can independently manage, analyze, and present company-wide data for management review. The candidate must have a strong command over Excel, data analytics, reporting automation, and cross-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage advanced MIS reports for
Production, Sales, Purchase, Dispatch, and HR
departments.
Perform
data analysis, forecasting, and trend identification
to support management decisions.
Design
interactive dashboards
and
automated reporting templates
in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI.
Ensure
data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
across all reports.
Coordinate with department heads to gather and validate operational data.
Prepare
KPI and performance reports
for weekly and monthly review meetings.
Analyze
variances
between targets and achievements and highlight key insights.
Provide data support for
management presentations, audits, and strategy meetings
.
Recommend process improvements and automation in MIS reporting.
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Dashboarding)
Experience in
Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets
