Job Description


Screening, recruiting, and training, TSI/DSM/ISR on products/schemes and Sales Dairy working. Answering channel partner\xe2\x80\x99s questions and escalating complex issues to the senior Management. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products & schemes. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Responsible for channel partner short listing. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled channel partner\xe2\x80\x99s appointments, and customer complaints. Analyzing competitors\' products & update to ASM / RSM. To ensure timely claim submission of the channel partners. To ensure 100% channel partner\xe2\x80\x99s delight by achieving timely claim settlement from Head Office. To ensure replenishment with keeping stock norms in with Channel Partner\xe2\x80\x99s. To ensure BEAT assignment and per day sale for their respective TSI\xe2\x80\x99s. To ensure individual sales contribution, as per market requirement. Ensure compliance to distributor visit form and activity forms in Sales Dairy Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
