, you will manage and maintain legal databases, generate analytical reports, and provide essential administrative support to the legal team. You will use your advanced Excel skills to organize legal data, create automated spreadsheets, and support case management with accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain legal databases, spreadsheets, and data management tools using Excel.
Import, export, clean, and organize legal data, including case files, client information, and billing records.
Create, structure, and format Excel spreadsheets to track case statuses, deadlines, progress, and key milestones.
Generate MIS reports, charts, and dashboards to support case analysis and team decision-making.
Conduct data analysis and perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide administrative and documentation support to legal teams, including drafting correspondence, maintaining files, and scheduling appointments.
Assist with document preparation, formatting, compilation, and proofreading.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen data management practices.
Stay updated on legal sector MIS trends, tools, and best practices to improve reporting processes.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive legal information.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
-- formulas, functions, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Prior experience in a law firm, paralegal role, or legal administrative role (preferred).
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Basic understanding of legal processes, legal terminology, and documentation.
Ability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
