We promote solar products from Tier 1 OEM companies to pan India solar EPC companies. enPossibilities is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Swelect, Saatvik Green solar Vikram Solar, Jinko Solar and JA Solar modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bhiwandi & Vijaywada.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel sheets. Track daily dispatches and maintain up-to-date dispatch logs. Coordinate with the billing team to send invoices to clients on the same day immediately after dispatch. Maintain organized records of dispatch confirmations and invoicing. Assist with MIS reporting and weekly/monthly data summaries. Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy of dispatch and invoicing data. Communicate with operations, logistics, and billing teams for timely information flow.

Qualifications:

0-6 months of experience in data entry, operations, or invoicing coordination. Any graduate with relevant skillset. Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic + some advanced functions). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under time-sensitive tasks, especially on dispatch days. Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
