Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who has strong expertise in Advanced Excel for data management and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

? Collect, maintain and analyze data from multiple sources
? Prepare and update daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
? Design dashboards and data visualization reports for management
? Perform data validation & ensure 100% accuracy in reporting
? Automate reports using formulas, pivot tables, and macros (if required)
? Maintain employee/operations data and support HR/Management in decision-making
? Coordinate with internal teams for timely data gathering
? Track business KPIs and provide actionable insights
? Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance
? Support process improvement & system enhancement initiatives

Required Skills

Excellent proficiency in

Advanced Excel

Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP Power Query, Conditional Formatting Data Validation, Lookup Functions Charts, MIS Dashboards Macros (preferred) Strong analytical and logical thinking Ability to handle large data sets Good knowledge of

Google Sheets/HRMS/ERP Systems

Good communication & coordination skills Time management and multi-tasking ability

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Management, or related field) Minimum

2 years

of experience in MIS Reporting/Data Analysis Experience in HR MIS / Operations MIS preferred
