Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing reports to support decision-making and ensure smooth execution of projects. This role is ideal for

freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience

who are eager to build a career in IT operations, reporting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments (sales, projects, operations, and support). Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations). Support project teams by maintaining records of

BSNL, CPAN, NGN.

Track DPR (Daily Progress Reports), project submissions, and ensure timely updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information for reporting. Identify data gaps, errors, and ensure accuracy of reports. Assist management in data-driven decision-making. Maintain and update company databases and ensure proper documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

B.Com, BBA, B.Sc (IT/CS), B.Tech, MCA

or related field. 0-2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management (freshers can apply). Proficiency in

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)

and

MS PowerPoint

. Knowledge of

SQL / Power BI / Data Visualization tools

(preferred, not mandatory). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
