Qualification : Graduate or Above

Experience : Min 5 Yrs

Salary : 25K - 35K Per Month

Location : Sector - 17, Faridabad

Shift timing : 9:30 AM - 7:30 or 8 PM max

Week off : Sunday

Gender : Male

Industry : Ceramic / Retail (Sanitary / Tiles)

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Google Sheet with hand - on - experience

2. Expertise in advanced Excel including Pivot tables and data consolidation

3. Strong mathematical aptitude and proactive mindset with problem - solving skills

4. Strong command over formulas: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, COUNTIF (multi-level), Array formulas and Data consolidation from multiple sheets into a single report.

5. Trouble shooting in formulas and Ability to create and manage Dynamic Dropdown Lists.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports across retail outlets or distribution channels.

2. Automating weekly reports that pulls data from sheets and email it do MD.

3. Consolidate sales, purchase, and dispatch data from multiple branches/warehouses into central MIS.

4. Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts.

5. Ensure timely submission of management reports for decision-making. Automate recurring reports and support process improvements.

6. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and troubleshooting of MIS-related issues. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and target tracking.
