Job Description

BNC has been mandated to recruit a MIS Executive for a logistics client based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing insights that support effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop, design, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track business metrics and KPIs.

2.Generate accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and summaries using Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Advanced Excel.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure proper data collection.

4.Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategy.

5.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

6.Optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation.

7.Work closely with stakeholders to deliver customized reports and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

2.3-6 years of prior experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar reporting role.

3.Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.).

4.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar BI tools.

5.Solid understanding of database management and data reporting concepts.

6.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
