Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze backend data for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Excel, reporting, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth product listings, order management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Catalog Management:
1. Maintain and update product listings and pricing data.
2.Generate daily/weekly reports on active SKUs, out-of-stock items, and catalog changes
3. Coordinate with backend team for accurate product uploads and edits

Sales & Order Reports:
1. Track order flow, cancellations, returns, and refunds
2. Create daily sales reports (product-wise, category-wise, location-wise)
3.Monitor payment status (COD, prepaid, failed transactions)

Inventory & Stock Tracking:
1. Regularly update stock status reports
2. Alert team about low-stock or excess inventory
3.Support inventory audits and reconciliations

Billing & Invoicing:
1. Generate invoice data and maintain billing records
2.Share summaries for GST reports, vendor payouts, etc.

Dashboards & MIS Reporting:
1. Prepare Excel dashboards and summaries for senior management
2. Analyze data to improve sales, reduce returns, and enhance customer satisfaction
3. Support team with ad-hoc data and performance insights

Requirements:
1. Graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field
2. 1+ year of experience in e-commerce MIS or backend roles (preferred)
3. Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
4. Experience with e-commerce platforms
5. Good understanding of sales reports, inventory, and product data
6. Organized, accurate, and proactive in handling data

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
