Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

MIS Executive

to manage daily e-commerce data, prepare accurate MIS reports, track performance metrics, and support management with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

(sales, orders, RTO, returns, inventory) Track

channel-wise performance

(Shopify and marketplaces) Maintain and update

Excel / Google Sheets dashboards

Reconcile orders, dispatch, delivery, and RTO data Track

SKU-wise sales, stock movement, and inventory ageing

Share insights on trends, gaps, and operational issues Support operations, logistics, and finance teams with data and reports

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

MIS / Operations MIS / E-commerce MIS

Strong working knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Familiarity with

Shopify, marketplace dashboards, and logistics panels

High attention to detail and data accuracy Good coordination and communication skills (Hindi & English)
