Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update inventory databases on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Prepare MIS reports related to stock levels, inward & outward movement, consumption, and aging analysis. Conduct inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records. Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete stock items and share insights with management. Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for resolution. Generate purchase requirement reports based on minimum stock levels. Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly stock audits and provide required data. Automate reports (Excel, ERP, or MIS tools) for better accuracy and efficiency. Provide timely and accurate data to management for inventory planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills:



Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 2-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in inventory/warehouse/supply chain.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Accuracy of inventory data vs. physical stock. Timeliness of MIS report submission. Reduction in stock discrepancies. Efficiency in report automation and analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
