At Fitmotivation by Shilpa Narang , we're passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst/MIS Expert to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst/MIS Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining various dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with our management team to provide data-driven insights, identify trends, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

2. Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain various dashboards and reports to track KPIs, such as client acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

3. Reporting: Create and distribute regular reports to management, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.

4. Data Visualization: Use advanced Excel skills, such as pivot tables, charts, and Power BI, to create interactive and dynamic visualizations.

5. Admin Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.

6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

7. Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.

2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and Power BI.

- Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

4. Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite.

Nice to Have:

1. Certifications: Certifications in data analysis, MIS, or a related field, such as Google Data Analytics or Microsoft Power BI.

2. Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.

3. Experience in Fitness Industry: Previous experience in the fitness industry, particularly in a Pilates studio.
