Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

MIS Executive

from the

FMCG background

to handle sales MIS, attendance management, reporting, and coordination with field sales teams. The role requires strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Take regular feedback from sales personnel via calls Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Track field sales employees using an online tracking app Maintain attendance and employee records Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved on time Assist in training and onboarding of sales staff Maintain, manage, and update MIS software and data Analyze processes and suggest operational improvements

Skills & Requirements

Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

(Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, INDEX, MATCH, Power Pivot)

Strong analytical and reporting skills Basic knowledge of MIS and sales reporting Good communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy

Must have MIS experience in

FMCG industry

Experience in

Namkeen / Rusk / FMCG Food / Confectionery

preferred Experience handling general trade sales data

Pay: ?18,645.00 - ?25,454.00 per month
