Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (appointments, follow-ups, inventory, billing, etc.)
Use
Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts
for efficient reporting
Maintain records of patient visits, staff attendance, and other operational trackers
Support clinic management with
data-led insights
for performance monitoring
Work on
Google Sheets
for real-time collaboration with team leads
Automate repetitive tasks using
basic Macros/VBA
(preferred but not mandatory)
Ensure proper
data hygiene
and accuracy across all records
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(including formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.)
Familiarity with
Pivot Tables, Charts
, and Google Sheets
Experience with
Macros or VBA
is a plus
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor's degree
or diploma in Commerce, Math, Computer Applications, or related field
Ability to manage large sets of data with
attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced
clinic environment
Preferred Profile:
2-4 years of experience in a similar MIS or admin role (healthcare/clinic experience is a bonus)
Quick learner, dependable, and highly organized
Good communication skills and team coordination
