We are currently hiring MIS Executive (Female) for a reputed electronics manufacturing company located in Tartala, Kolkata.

Experience:

• Graduate Fresher candidates are welcome.

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on MIS experience will be preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
Strong knowledge of MIS, data capturing, and data compiling.
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to create professional presentations and summary reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• Graduate only

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on MIS experience will be preferred.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
MIS & Data Management
Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Compile, validate, and analyse data from different departments.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data with timely data entry and record updating.
Create dashboards, summaries, and reports as per management requirements.
Maintain documentation, logs, and structured filing of all MIS information.
Other Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments
Draft professional emails, letters, and documents in English.
Coordinate internal meetings and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Assist in office administration and communication between departments.
