K95 Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Toyo Kombucha) is looking for an MIS Executive to manage daily operational reporting for Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, and hands-on experience with FMCG operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Q-commerce platforms
Track PO status, dispatch, appointments, GRN, and closures
Monitor Fill Rate, OOS %, SLA adherence, ageing, and cancellations
Maintain SKU-wise and city-wise dashboards
Reconcile platform data with internal sales and inventory records
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and platform teams
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Required Skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS)
Experience in MIS reporting for FMCG or Q-commerce
Strong understanding of PO lifecycle, inventory, and GRN processes
Good communication and follow-up skills
Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant MIS experience
Prior experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or BigBasket preferred
