Job Title: MIS Executive

Panworld seeks a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage order mapping, dashboards, and reporting across vendor accounts, with preference for experience in books industry or logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Map and reconcile vendor orders from various platforms with internal systems, tracking sales, inventory, and payments accurately. Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to provide real-time insights on vendor performance, returns, and settlements.? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with data analysis to support management decisions and ad-hoc request. Monitor vendor account metrics, perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field; advanced Excel or BI tool certification preferred. 2-4 years in MIS or data analysis roles, with hands-on vendor account management experience. Expertise in vendor portals for order processing, inventory tracking, and performance reporting.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Background in books industry (publishing supply chain) or logistics for efficient order mapping. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (pivots, VLOOKUP, macros), data visualization, and ERP systems Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume data. Familiarity with vendor onboarding, KPI monitoring, and cost optimization processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field Proven experience in MIS or data analysis Proficiency in database management and reporting tools
