Job Description

The Management Information System (MIS) Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all computer-related activities that support organization's goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to ensure its accuracy, security, and accessibility. Create and Manage Database Reports, Visualizations, and Dashboards. Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including internal databases, third-party systems, and external sources. Provide support for data management activities and attend relevant meetings as an expert Prepare data analysis and MIS reports to the management as per requirements Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate controls and procedures. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. Stay current with advancements in information technology and data analytics to recommend improvements and innovations.

Key Skills & Competencies Required :

Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or relevant. Proven experience in data analysis, database management, and information systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and Database Management Systems. Basic Knowledge of Google Script, Macros and VBA(Visual Basic for Application). Expertise in making dynamic dashboards using formulas in Excel. Arithmetical and Logical skill is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
