Role Overview The MIS Executive will support the Customer Success team by preparing reports, tracking customer issues, and ensuring data accuracy so the team can improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly reports for Customer Success. Track customer tickets, resolution timelines, and escalations. Maintain dashboards and data sheets for the team. Identify basic trends or recurring issues from customer data. Coordinate with internal teams to correct or update data when needed. Share timely reports with leadership and ensure accuracy. Skills Required Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basics). Basic understanding of dashboards or reporting tools. Ability to work with large sets of data. Attention to detail and good communication skills. Power BI preferred 1-3 years of experience in MIS/reporting (preferred).
