MIS Executives help organizations monitor performance, optimize operations, and improve productivity through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities1. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Analyze data trends and highlight deviations or issues.
Automate repetitive reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
2. Database Management
Maintain and update company databases (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, CRM).
Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy.
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
3. Business Support
Work with sales, operations, HR, finance, or logistics teams to gather data.
Provide analytical insights that support strategic planning.
Monitor KPIs and help improve operational efficiency.
4. Technical & System Support
Provide troubleshooting support for MIS tools, ERP systems, and reporting software.
Coordinate with the IT department for system enhancements or issues.
