Position Overview

The Junior MIS Executive will support daily data entry, report preparation, and maintenance of MIS trackers across the ESME department. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Maintain employee, project, and procurement-related data Manage Excel sheets, trackers, and basic dashboards Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and accuracy Perform basic data analysis and identify errors Maintain documentation and support audit requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Data Entry Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP basics, Pivot Table basics, formatting) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple data tasks
