Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing reports, analyzing operational data, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. This role requires expertise in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple departments (operations, sales, finance).

Build dashboards and trackers to monitor business and operational KPIs.

Automate reports and streamline processes using Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of reports.

Assist management in analyzing business trends and performance metrics.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements.

Handle ad-hoc reporting and data requirements from stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

1-3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros).

Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
