Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting

Collect, compile, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly data from multiple warehouse locations. Prepare and share key operational reports -- inward/outward movement, inventory, order fulfillment, manpower productivity, and dispatch performance. Ensure timely reporting of KPI & SLA performance as per client and internal requirements. Maintain and update dashboards for management review.
2. Systems & Process Monitoring

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate entries in WMS. Identify gaps or data mismatches and follow up for corrections. Support implementation of process automation tools and reporting systems.
3. Analysis & Insights

Analyze operational data to identify trends, delays, or inefficiencies. Support in root cause analysis of operational issues like stock variance or dispatch errors. Generate insights to improve warehouse productivity and service performance.
4. Coordination & Compliance

Liaise between warehouse operations, IT, accounts, and management for data synchronization. Ensure compliance with client-specific MIS and reporting formats. Maintain backup and confidentiality of all operational data.
5. Continuous Improvement

Recommend improvements in MIS formats and data collection methods. Support audits by providing required reports and analysis. Assist management in developing SOP-based reporting structures.
