Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments (Sales, Production, HR, etc.)
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
(daily, weekly, monthly) to support management decisions.
Develop and automate reporting tools using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboards.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Maintain and update company databases and ensure data integrity.
Generate performance, sales, and productivity analysis reports.
Support management in preparing presentations and summaries based on data insights.
Identify data discrepancies, perform audits, and provide corrective actions.
Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel Skills:
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, IF Statements, Data Validation, and Charting.
Knowledge of Google Sheets
, Power Query, or MS Access is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Qualifications:
Graduate in
B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant field.
Additional certification in
Excel, Data Analytics, or MIS Reporting
will be an advantage.
