About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for accuracy are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze sales, marketing, and operational data from multiple sources. Prepare and maintain weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports. Perform data interpretation and highlight key insights/trends for management decision-making. Present data in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand format (dashboards, pivot tables, charts, etc.). Identify gaps, errors, and variances in data and ensure corrective action. Collaborate with sales, marketing, teams to understand reporting requirements. Support ad-hoc data requests and management presentations.

Key Skills & Competencies

Advanced Excel skills

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.). Strong ability to

interpret, analyze, and explain data

. Experience in handling

Ecubix portal

(preferred). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Pharma industry exposure will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Applications). Minimum

2 years of experience

in MIS, data reporting, or analytics role. Prior experience in Pharma / FMCG industry will be preferred.
