Job Title: MIS Executive - eCommerce (Beauty & Personal Care)

Experience Required: 2-5 years in MIS/Data Reporting, preferably in eCommerce or FMCG

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy MIS Executive to support our fast-growing eCommerce operations in the Beauty and Personal Care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key business data in the form of well-defined dashboards and presentations to the management team, enabling data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various internal systems (eCommerce platform, ERP, CRM, Inventory Management, Logistics, etc.).

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across functions such as Sales, Inventory, Customer Behavior, Marketing Campaigns, Order Fulfillment, Returns, etc.

Monitor real-time KPIs such as GMV, AOV, ROAS, CTR, CAC, customer retention, delivery SLAs, etc.

2. Dashboard and Presentation Development

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau.

Create management presentations with actionable insights for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Strategy Meetings.

Highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities based on data insights.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Logistics, Finance, and Tech to gather inputs and ensure data accuracy.

Provide ad hoc reports to various departments as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
