About the Role

We are looking for a proactive

MIS Executive

who can blend strong data management skills with a

business coaching mindset

. The role involves creating and automating reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting management in running the business more efficiently using Rahul Jain's coaching principles.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and reports for decision-making. Automate reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy. Track and analyze KPIs across sales, operations, collections, and profitability. Implement and monitor systems inspired by Rahul Jain's business coaching frameworks. Support management in building

auto-pilot systems

and accountability structures. Identify gaps in reporting processes and suggest system improvements. Develop, update, and automate

MIS dashboards & reports

.
Flow Monitoring System (FMS)

Document and map

process flows

for all business functions. Monitor progress of each step in the flow (e.g., Lead ? Order ? Delivery ? Collection). Identify bottlenecks & escalate delays to management. Ensure cross-departmental information flow is smooth and timely.
Delegation Tracking

Create and manage a

Delegation Matrix

(tasks, owners, timelines, accountability). Track task closures and follow up with responsible teams. Provide

weekly delegation status reports

to management.
Checklists & Compliance

Design and maintain

daily/weekly/monthly checklists

for departments. Conduct audits to check compliance with checklists and SOPs. Report deviations and recommend corrective actions. Track

weekly/monthly KPIs

(Sales, Operations, Collections, Profitability). Provide

data-driven insights

for management decision-making.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in MIS / business analysis / data reporting. Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau). Exposure to Rahul Jain's business coaching concepts (preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Has attended

Rahul Jain's Business Coaching workshops

Ability to apply systemization, profitability improvement, and accountability in reporting. Mindset of continuous improvement and structured working.
