Job Summary:
We at Hotel Sunstar Group are looking for an
MIS Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in handling data management and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining and analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate and timely MIS reports.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in MIS or similar profile
Basic written and spoken English
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and learn quickly

Strong knowledge of
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of
Google Suite, Looker Studio, AppSheet
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, manage, and analyze data from different departments.
Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel and Google tools.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data across all reports.
Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Automate reports and develop templates to save time and reduce errors.
Coordinate with various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to collect operational data.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Identify gaps, errors, and discrepancies in reporting and resolve them proactively.
Assist in process improvement by analyzing trends and performance metrics.
Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
