Job Overview:

Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

MIS Executive (Male)

to manage data reporting, analysis, and support for ongoing education and skilling projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MIS operations, strong Excel skills, and prior exposure to working within the education or skill development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, update, and generate regular reports on project and student data Manage data entry, validation, formatting, and reconciliation using Excel and internal MIS tools Coordinate with operations, project, and field teams for data collection and report accuracy Prepare dashboards, charts, and trend analyses for management reporting Track student enrollments, assessments, attendance, certifications, and placement records Ensure data compliance with NSDC/education-sector guidelines and reporting formats Support audit and documentation requirements with accurate, timely MIS reports

Required Skills:

Strong command of

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, etc.)

Hands-on experience with

MIS tools, ERP systems, or cloud-based reporting platforms

Ability to analyze and present large data sets in actionable formats Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of NSDC/Skill India/education reporting systems is a strong advantage

Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, or a related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management roles Prior experience in the

Education, Skill Development, or Training sector
