Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

MIS Executive

with a strong background in

Google App Script

and

Java

to manage and automate reporting systems, streamline data processes, and contribute to backend tool development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data analysis, scripting, system maintenance, and MIS reporting. The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and growth of the organization's Management Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Automate Google Sheets and reports using Google Apps Script. Develop backend logic and tools using Java for internal systems. Analyze large datasets and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management decision-making. Maintain and manage databases, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and integration. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in MIS reports.

Required Skills:

(Advanced level - formulas, pivot tables, macros) SQL and database knowledge Data visualization (Google Data Studio/Tableau - optional but preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data roles Prior experience with App Script and Java is mandatory
