We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

MIS

Executive to manage and optimize data processes, generate insightful reports, and support decision-making through effective data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Sheets and experience working with Google Apps Script or similar scripting languages.

Qualifications:

1.5 to 2 years of experience in MIS or a data-focused role.

Strong knowledge of

Google Sheets

, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.

Hands-on experience with

Google Apps Script

or other scripting languages such as

JavaScript, Python, or SQL.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Solid understanding of

database concepts

and

data cleaning techniques

.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable format.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.

Create complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation rules, and conditional formatting to analyze and present data effectively.

Automate routine tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Perform data cleaning, validation, and formatting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for management.

Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and deliver customized reports.

Support database management tasks and maintain data integrity across systems.
