Experience Required:

Minimum 3 Years

Salary:

Competitive and aligned with market standards

Reporting To:

CEO

About the Role:

Are you great with data and love creating smart systems?

We're looking for a skilled

MIS Executive

to manage and improve our Management Information Systems. In this role, you'll do more than just prepare reports--you'll make sure data is accurate, automate daily tasks, and help company leaders make better decisions using real-time insights.

As an MIS Executive, you play a

key role in how the company runs

. You're not just working with numbers--you're helping every department work smarter. Here's what this job is really about:

1. Data Ownership & Integrity

At the heart of this role is the

management of data across all departments

--finance, HR, sales, procurement, customer service, etc. The MIS Executive ensures:

All incoming and outgoing data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. Data is stored securely and is easily accessible when needed. Errors, redundancies, or inconsistencies in reports are proactively identified and corrected.
This means

being the gatekeeper

of trustworthy data that teams rely on for performance evaluation and decision-making.

2. Strategic Reporting & Business Intelligence

While standard reporting is part of the role, the real value comes in:

Creating custom dashboards

(using tools like Google Sheets or Data Studio) tailored to each department's KPIs. Delivering

insights

through trend analysis, predictive modeling, or performance summaries. Helping senior leadership and department heads understand what the numbers mean and

how to act on them

.
In other words, the MIS Executive doesn't just report the "what"--they explore the "why" and "what next?"

3. Workflow Automation

Modern MIS is heavily focused on

process automation

. This includes:

Creating

automated reports

that pull real-time data. Designing

workflow solutions

using Google Forms, Apps Script, or integrated APIs that replace manual tasks. Setting up systems to alert the team when anomalies occur (e.g., low inventory, delayed tasks, or cash flow dips).
This helps the company

save time, reduce manual errors, and move faster

in decision-making.

4. Departmental Collaboration

The MIS Executive works cross-functionally with:

Finance

: Tracking costs, profit/loss, and building financial reports.

Sales & Marketing

: Monitoring campaign ROI, lead conversion, and customer database health.

HR

: Managing performance metrics, attendance logs, etc.

Procurement/Inventory

: Maintaining stock levels, supplier performance, and purchase cycles.

Customer Support

: Measuring complaint resolution and customer feedback trends.
The key is to provide each team with the

data they need, when they need it

, in a usable and visual format.

5. Project & Performance Monitoring

This includes:

Tracking the progress of internal projects and ensuring SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) compliance. Creating operational dashboards that update in real time to reflect project health. Ensuring bottlenecks or delays are visible and flagged early.

6. Proactive Problem-Solving & Recommendations

Because the MIS Executive has access to organization-wide data, they're in a unique position to

spot inefficiencies, patterns, or emerging risks

. A good MIS Executive doesn't just present findings--they make recommendations:

"Here's where sales dropped last quarter, and here's what might be causing it." "This vendor is repeatedly delaying shipments--consider alternatives." "Your marketing campaigns are performing better on LinkedIn than Facebook."

In Summary:

An MIS Executive is

part analyst, part systems engineer, part consultant

. They are:

The

single source of truth

for business data. The

go-to person

for dashboards, reports, and performance insights. A

catalyst

for smarter, faster decisions through automation and analytics.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Apps Script, and database tools. Understanding of APIs and basic system integration.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset.

Communication & Collaboration:

Clear communicator with a collaborative spirit and ability to work cross-functionally.

Why Join Us?

Work directly with leadership. Drive business-critical decisions. Build automated systems that make operations seamless. If you love transforming data into action, this is the role for you.
