Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report operational data, supporting informed decision-making across departments. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and foundational knowledge of AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Compile and analyze data related to production, inventory, quality, dispatch, and sales.
Design dashboards and automate reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of all data and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information.
Utilize basic AI tools to optimize data management, reporting, and workflow automation.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company data policies.
Required Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros).
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of AI tools and automation technologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an MIS or data reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
