Summary:
The MIS Executive is a key contributor to data-driven decision-making within the Technology sector, responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and presentation of critical business metrics. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting across departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, enabling performance monitoring, trend identification, and strategic planning. As a Fresher, you will transform raw data into clear, actionable insights through robust reporting, dynamic dashboards, and performance tracking. Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and organize data from diverse internal systems such as CRM, ERP, and project management platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Track and analyze KPIs and performance indicators across teams, identifying trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored insights.

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase efficiency and minimize manual errors.

• Uphold data security, integrity, and compliance with internal governance and data policy standards.

• Respond promptly to ad-hoc reporting needs from senior leadership and project teams.

• Evolve reporting frameworks based on feedback and changing business demands.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is essential.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Foundational knowledge of database concepts and data manipulation; SQL experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Openness to learning new tools, technologies, and business processes.

• Prior internship experience in data analysis, reporting, or IT support is preferred.
