Learn and operate various software platorms related to company operations.
Provide remote/telephonic support to clients regarding device status and troubleshooting.
Ensure the devices/software solutions deployed for clients remain active and functional.
Maintain accurate records of client details, project data, and internal reports using MS Excel.
Organize and manage digital files and client databases.
Assist with general back-office and administrative functions.
Create and edit documents in MS Word (Hindi and English typing required).
Prepare reports, forms, and letters as per project or operational needs.
