Job Description
DescriptionPosition at Vaikunth Fabrics (Vbuyz)
- Organise, Store, Analyse & Protecting data with confidentiality
- Understanding database and data analysis procedures of complex data
- Maintain / Update knowledge repositories
- Preparation of documents related to Sales Process & Assets
- Raise process related issues on time with Leads
- Resolve process related queries and provide data requests on timely manner.
- Provide updates and submit own work reports
- Daily and Monthly MIS report creation and analyzing it.
- Preparing reports on excel sheet by using different tools & formulas
- Collating & Maintaining data from different sources.
- Prepare creative dashboard and presentation on sales data for management.
- Self-disciplined, organized, trustworthy & problem solving skills
- Expertise in data, project and time management
- Ability to communicate clearly with inter departments
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PPT & Word)
- Good communication skill
- Consistent accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective utilization of software applications (especially HubSpot)
- Good typing skills
- Thorough Knowledge and command over Advance Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must have sound knowledge of Macros (VBA/Scripting).
- A background in Mathematics will help.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
