Job Responsibility :-

1. Data Management

Collecting and consolidating data from various departments, such as sales, finance, and operations. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across databases. Developing and implementing data management strategies to streamline processes.Explore the

2. Reporting and Analysis

Generating regular and ad-hoc reports, such as sales performance, inventory levels, and market share. Creating dashboards using tools like

Excel

Tableau

, or

Power BI

to present data visually. Analyzing data to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

3.System Management

Overseeing the maintenance and performance of MIS tools, including software and hardware. Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT teams for system upgrades. Ensuring seamless integration of MIS with other organizational systems.

4. Data Security and Compliance

Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data from breaches or unauthorized access. Ensuring compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal policies. Regularly auditing systems to identify and mitigate potential risks.

5. Collaboration and Communication

Working closely with departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Presenting complex data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders and senior management. Providing training and support to staff on using MIS tools effectively.

6. Strategic Planning

Analyzing the impact of MIS on business processes and recommending improvements. Contributing to long-term planning by identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis.

7. Project Management

Leading or supporting technology-related projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Managing budgets, timelines, and resources for MIS-related initiatives.

Requaired & Qualification :-
