Job Responsibilities The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing organizational data to support strategic decision-making. This role involves collecting, processing, and presenting data in a format that is useful for management. The MIS Executive collaborates with various departments to understand their data needs and provides accurate and timely reports. Key Responsibilities Gather data from various sources within the organization. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected. Enter and update data into the organization\'s information system. Maintain and manage databases to ensure data integrity. Regularly update and clean databases to eliminate errors. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management. Present data in a clear and understandable format. Oversee the functionality and performance of the MIS system. Offer support and assistance to users experiencing issues with the MIS. Work closely with various departments to understand their data requirements. Customize reports and dashboards to meet departmental needs. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. Implement and enforce data security policies. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience: Previous 2yrs of experience in a similar role, preferably in data management or MIS. Proficiency in database management systems. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
