Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a MIS Executive who is an expert in Google Sheets, Google Forms, App Sheet, Automation, and Dashboard Creation.

You will manage data, reporting, automation, and process tracking for various company operations (FMS, IMS etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Google Sheets Expert - Use advanced formulas & tools for data analysis and automation.

Google Forms & Automation - Create forms, set up workflows, auto-responses, and data integration.

Google Apps Script - Develop scripts for automation, data processing, and integrations.

Dashboard Creation - Build real-time dashboards for FMS, IMS and other processes.

Data Management - Process, validate, clean, and organize data for reporting.

Major Skill Requirements (Must-Have)

Google Sheets Advanced Formulas - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER, INDEX & MATCH, SPLIT, JOIN, SEQUENCE, UNIQUE, SORT.

Google Apps Script - Automate data upload, clear data, import/export, send emails, and trigger workflows.

Google Forms Automation - Auto-responses, pre-fill, conditional formatting, and dynamic forms.

App Sheet Development - Create apps linked with Google Sheets for process automation.

Dashboard & Reporting - Real-time dashboards in Sheets/Data Studio.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years experience in MIS/Data/Automation role.

Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace Tools.

Strong problem-solving & process automation skills.

Knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools & APIs preferred.
