to support our team in managing data, generating insightful reports, and maintaining accurate records related to applications, client documentation, and performance tracking. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions and improving internal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and maintain operational and client data from various departments (Sales, Ops, CSR, etc.).
Generate and share
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
on application progress, team performance, leads, and sign-ups.
Prepare dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and Google Sheets.
Ensure
accuracy and integrity
of data across CRM, and other platforms.
Assist in automating recurring reports using formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.
Flag inconsistencies and coordinate with teams to correct them.
Work closely with management to provide analytical insights and reports as required.
Track KPIs and maintain data logs for audits, performance reviews, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of MIS or data reporting experience
in a service industry (Immigration, Education, Consulting preferred).
Excellent proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Filters).
Hands-on experience with
Google Sheets
, basic
CRM tools
, and Airtable is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
Bachelor's degree in any stream required.
