Key Responsibilities
Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage dialer operations (Predictive/Preview/Manual).
Set up, configure, and optimize calling
campaigns
as per business needs.
Monitor agent performance, call metrics, AHT, and productivity.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and databases.
Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Analyze call data and recommend improvements for dialer efficiency.
Coordinate with operations, workforce, and QA teams for required data.
Required Skills
Previous BPO MIS experience is mandatory.
Practical experience with dialers (Ameyo/Genesys/Avaya/other dialers).
Experience in
campaign creation and monitoring
.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
Understanding of call center operations and KPIs.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualification
Graduate or equivalent.
1-3+ years of relevant MIS experience in a BPO.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
